Returns Policy

We really hope you love your purchase from May & Fairfax, but if you should wish to return an item we have a 14-day returns policy.

Any item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of returning your items will be your personal responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked service if possible and ensure your product(s) are well wrapped. We cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit unfortunately.

Damages and issues
A lot of our pieces are handmade, and due to the nature of handmade products, they will vary slightly in colour and finish, which is to be expected. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
